Also, for dev setup, if you're already using a Mac, Migration Assistant worked perfectly for me. with Thunderbolt cable, transfer took less than 30 mins to have everything ready-to-go just like that. If you haven't used that before - can recommend that as well (that is unless you want a clean plate and/or don't want to clean your old machine)
