Sadly, 2018 was the year of thermal throttling and 2019 wasn’t much better. I’m really happy I got in as the transition started.

Haven’t pushed my M1 Max this hard yet. I’m personally looking to get into Xcode and programming for Apple platforms in my free time. Hopefully with 64GB and double memory bandwidth it’ll withstand even more.
